But the strange thing was everything were a mess even though this was not the 1st time.
Though it is for NEL operator, SBS Transit.
With so much news fact finding on the 1st major breakdown, they should had drawn on the lesson.
Were they too proud or simply don't care?
Why can't they just active the bus services earlier?
Since they can't confirm if they can fix the problem fast, they might as well start the backup plan.
Its so simple yet these highly paid management can't even take action fast enough?
And to think that they might be highly educated too?
