Car's bumper taken off in accident along the PIE

STOMPer Dave saw the aftermath of an accident along the Pan Island Expressway

Said the STOMPer:

"This accident along the PIE happened near the Toa Payoh exit towards Changi happened around 4.15pm today.

"Hope no one was injured...do not tailgate!"

PS:

Don't know if the Comfort cab was involved or not. 

 But his right side rear bumper was damaged.
