STOMPer Kim was passing by Dempsey Hill at 10.50am
(April 28) when she noticed that a taxi had skidded and crashed into a
tree near the central divider of the road.
Said the STOMPer:
"I was passing by Dempsey Hill at 10.50am.
"I saw this taxi which had skidded and crashed into a tree, near the entrance to the botanic gardens.
"It caused a traffic jam.
"A Traffic Police motorcycle had arrived at the scene when I took photo."
Said the STOMPer:

This must had caused a big jam.
