Cabby met bad people at RWS on 15/04/2012 around 12.35am.
But this news appeared on MDT was at least 4hrs over due.
So how to catch?
I thought RWS got quite tight security?
But how come they can't catch hold of these 4 people?
So the drunkards there are more dangerous?
