STOMPer Ang noticed that a taxi had crashed into a drain at Admiralty Road West, near SSDC, at about 12.50pm today (August 3).
Said the STOMPer:
"I saw this at Admiralty Road West, near SSDC, at about 12.50pm today (August 3).
"There was an ambulance at the scene.
"The accident site has since been cleared by the authorities."
