All Comfort cabbies told to accept card payments

I refer to Ms Felicia Huang's letter "Give passengers who use credit cards some Comfort, please" (Aug 2). We convey our deepest apologies to her for the anxiety caused as a result of her experience in our taxi.

All ComfortDelGro cabbies have been told to accept cashless payments, including by credit card. In this instance, we have verified that the credit card transaction was indeed unsuccessful. We assure Ms Huang that she was not charged twice.

Nonetheless, the cabby has been warned for his poor attitude. We have communicated the outcome of our investigations to Ms Huang.


PS:
Did CDG really investigation?
Or they just interview both parties and decided who was right or wrong?
Chances are, the customers will win.
Cabbies will always be at a disadvantage.
When there is an argument between 2 person with no other party around, 
its difficult to know who is right or wrong.
