STOMPer Ameer was annoyed to see these guys consuming alcohol openly in
public outside Liang Court at about 9am yesterday (Aug 26). He said one
of the guys even urinated at the nearby taxi stand.
Said the STOMPer:
"While I at Liang Court at about 9am yesterday, there were five guys drinking alcohol outside the building in public.
"I then noticed one of the guys urinating at the nearby taxi stand, leaving a stain on the ground.
"I informed the building security to have a look, but the security officer was unable to take action because the act was committed in public and not in the building."
Said the STOMPer:

But taxi stand got involved lah.
