Singapore Members of Parliament should be full-time?

Singapore Members of Parliament should be full-time?
My answer is yes.
Why?
Or else how they have enough time to help the people in their ward.

With their almost $16K per month pay, its more than enough for them to be MP full-time.
But how many of them are full-timers?
Only a few.
Those that hold Government offices should also get someone to help them in the ward matters.
But those don't hold any Government offices should do their job as to serve the people in their ward.
They shouldn't hold any other jobs or directorships other than from Government offices.

There are so many people that require their help.
Some need to be source out.
If MPs don't walk around, how he/she know?

If you are so keen in other business or jobs (other than Government), than don't be MP.
If you feel that $16K per month pay is not enough for you to be full-time MP, than don't be one.
We need full-time MP to improve and help the people in the ward.
