STOMPer Watakongsi spotted this taxi with what appears to be a modified roof sign.
He wonders if this is allowed.

This is really a stupid question.
Even the heading had used the wrong word.
There is no modification at all.
The cabby just main pasted the words on.
The front is still showing 'TAXI'.
I am also wonder if STOMPer used his handphone to take this picture while driving?
