STOMPer Wendy saw a taxi driver reversing into a car at a Bishan carpark, before quickly shifting to another parking lot.
This comes after a recent case where a dog was allegedly knocked down by a cabby in a hit-and-run.
Said the STOMPer:
"I saw a taxi hit a stationed vehicle while parking at Block 138 Bishan's open space carpark on the 4th of July.
"The taxi driver then quickly shifted to another parking lot, knowing that he had knocked the car.
"I left a note for the blue car owner to contact me, but until now, no one has called."

Another cabby involve in hit and run...and got STOMP.
Luckily no one injured.
