STOMPer Isaac spotted this taxi parked at a taxi stand by the side of the road, obstructing other cabs from stopping there.

All drivers shouldn't anyhow park and leave their vehicle unattended.
Or else you might get STOMPed.
Hougang Central (opp bus interchange) sometimes got taxi left unattended at taxi stand. Perhaps they went to do banking at UOB?
