Van and taxi park illegally and block other vehicles for 45 minutes at carpark in Redhil

STOMPer Ben had to wait 45 minutes because his car was blocked by a van and a taxi, which were parked illegally in front of other parked vehicles at a carpark in Redhill Lane.

Said the STOMPer:

"Two vehicles were blocking my car from exiting.

"Who should I report this to?

"We waited for more 45 minutes, from 6.30pm to 7.15pm today (July 14).

PS:

From the photo, its either the van or the taxi block.

Since STOMPer never said which vehicle was nearest to his, so I can't judge.
