STOMPer Ronnie sent in a video of a driver coming out
of his vehicle to scold a cabbie at a traffic junction despite initially
blocking the taxi .
Said the STOMPer:
"This was taken yesterday (July 27) along Keppel Road turning into Cantonment Road.
"I suspect something happened before this because I head the taxi honking at the driver before this.
"I think I saw the taxi wanted to turn right, but was blocked by the driver at the previous junction."
Said the STOMPer:
