Taxi crashes into drain after being hit by car in Corporation Road accident

A taxi ran over the railings of a drain after it was involved in an accident near Corporation Road, reported STOMPer Yew Weng.

The STOMPer wrote:

"A taxi crashed into a drain on Jul 27.

"It happened when the taxi was driving out from Hu Ching Road but got hit on the side by an oncoming vehicle.

"After getting hit by the vehicle, the taxi stopped moving for about 10 seconds before it mounted the curb and it entered the drainage area, running over the railings.

"I saw the passenger come out of the taxi to try and rescue the taxi driver."

PS:
10seconds is very long in an accident.
Its either STOMPer mus-calculated or ....
Whose fault?
If by traffic rules, from small road is at the losing end.
