Recently alot 'on-call' passengers changed line to become pilots.
So those that complained can't get taxis, these 'pilots' are also part of the reasons.
They not only wasted cabbies' time, but also other passengers' time too.
Well, this problem can't be rid, just as bad drivers can't be rid too.
