STOMPer Goan saw a taxi that had crashed into a drain
at Toa Payoh Central, in front of Block 78C. The incident was spotted by
the STOMPer at about 6pm on May 15.
Said the STOMPer:
"The incident took place in Toa Payoh Central, in front of BLK 78C.
"I spotted this at around 6pm.
"By that time the traffic policemen were there already, so I didn't go closer to find out more.
"It seemed like there was no one injured, as there was no ambulance at the accident site."
