STOMPer Patience says this illegal taxi queue that is often seen outside Orchard Cineleisure is causing jams along Grange Road.
She wrote:
"I wonder of the authorities can do anything about this illegal taxi queue along Grange road. It causes a huge jam between Cairnhill, Grange and Orchard Road, and also the lines along the road shows that no parking is allowed.
"It's also a pity for those waiting for taxis at Somerset 313 when the taxis are just at another junction."

PS:
I think this queue only form during the night which have much lesser traffic.
So how much jam can it caused?
313@Somerset will always have taxi. Cineleisure taxi queue usually form up around or after 8 after the CBD restriction lifted. The pedestrain should not cross the road as there are pedestrain crossing at the beginning and end of this short stretch of road.
