STOMPer Dr4g0nkk spotted this cab driver using his
cellphone while driving. The STOMPer felt that drivers should stay alert
and focused on the roads.
Said the STOMPer:
"Apparently this cabby was using his phone while driving.
"I think all drivers must focus and stay alert on the road, not on your mobile phones."
