Taxi uncle nabs Korean teen who planned to evade paying fare with three friends



Cabby clever to spin around to try to catch them.
Teens stupid to stay at the area.
Cabby luck to only meet 1 of them only...or else 4 against 1.
Teen unlucky to go into dead end.
