STOMPer Lyon was at the Queensway area when he heard a sound like something 'rupturing' followed by a crash as a tree fell and hit a taxi.
Said Lyon:
"This happened at Queensway around 10pm last night.
"I was walking down the street, when a sudden rupturing sound echoed throughout the area.
"The tree hit an oncoming taxi which luckily didn't injure anyone in the vicinity.
"The policemen arrived quickly within a few minutes to secure the area, kudos to them!"
Said Lyon:

This cabby really unlucky.
