Writer failed to realised that he is not the only person that want taxi.
At peak hour, alot more people want taxi.
Also, traffic will be more slow.
Some cabbies will look around the area they are in for customers.
Some will make their way back to the city, which will also take some time.
So did writer look into these factors?
Or just state whatever suit his arguments?
There are also some cabbies can't find customers.
Don't believe, you can try driving taxi to understand it more.
There will always be black sheep around.
But majority are honest cabbies trying to earn honest livings.
