Are you going to wait till we need more than 2 generations to pay off a HDB than take action?
I know this COV started with than MND minister Mr Mah.
And with all the cooling measures you stated MND had taken, the price don't seem to be coming down.
This $200k COV won't be the highest since they stated that a $250k COV is on the way.
So sooner, sellers will start asking for high COV.
